Hi Obada!

First - Nice Luffy icon for your Gmail account.

Second - That adhesive ink could be a few different product types. Addidas is not using plastisol, so we can take that out of the equation.

But it could be Silicone, High Solids Acrylic, Rubber Base or a few other ink types. Since it is printed in Asia, they have access to a few ink types that we do not use in the US.

My guess is its a Silicone adhesive and the whole system is being printed on PET transfer paper.

But who the manufacturer is - I have no idea. Sorry.
